Returns and Exchanges

All orders are editable or cancellable before it is shipped from our warehouse, which is typically within 10 to 48 hours. Beyond this, once the order is shipped, we do not accept any changes in the order nor do we accept returns once the product is received.

We recommend you to record a video while opening the package, this will help us FastTrack your issue just in the unlikely case of a missing/damage product in the shipment.

In case of receiving a defective product, please send us images of the product and your order number to us. We accept defect exchanges within 2 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 2 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to help you out.
